Mr Monkey in Stratford upon Avon

"I bet I know why it's called Nash's House"

Mr Monkey went to see an attractive house, with a large garden, opposite the Guild Chapel. This was Nash's House, once owned by Thomas Nash, who was the first husband of Shakespeare's granddaughter. Inside, the ground floor rooms have furniture showing that Nash was quite rich; upstairs there's an exhibition of local history. Mr Monkey scampered through the house and out into the garden.
