Mr Monkey in Zeebrugge, 17th September

"There are lots of ships but not many people"

Mr Monkey got off the tram in Zeebrugge and scampered along to the viewing platform that's been built for people who like viewing docks. Mr Monkey spent a little time watching small boats like the Union Coral scurrying around the docks while big container ships such as the CMA CGM Musca (too big to fit into one picture) lounged around being loaded or unloaded. Looking into the distance, Mr Monkey spotted the lighthouse at the end of the old mole. This was where the Royal Navy tried to land marines during the Zeebrugge Raid of 1918..
