The Blackpool Illuminations stretch six miles from Starr Gate to Bispham. Mr Monkey started looking at them near to the North Pier because that's where he was when he decided to walk back to the hotel. He started by looking at some multi-coloured sealife - dolphins, and octopuses, and mermaids - lit from inside and some panels with Art-Noveau sort of flowers.
