Mr Monkey took the stairs up to the third floor, which has five bedrooms of varying sizes. Mr Monkey admired the simple bedroom, only slightly complicated by the posts on the bed, then studied an exhibition about slavery in the West Indies in the next room. Mr Pinney was the owner of the slave Pero, who had a bridge named after him. Then Mr Monkey scampered down all the stairs and ran across the street to look at the house. He was intrigued by the way that a six storey building looks like it's only got three.
