Mr Monkey in Bristol, March 14th

"I wasn't going move all the levers, really"

After he'd scampered over the inner gate of the lock, Mr Monkey paused to look at the Plimsol Bridge. This is a swing bridge built in 1965 and is named after Samuel Plimsoll, inventor of the Plimsoll line, who was born in Bristol. Mr Monkey found a selection of interesting looking levers but his humans wouldn't let him move any of them, just in case something happened.
