Mr Monkey on the battlefield of Waterloo

"I can't see the problem about climbing up here, you know"

There's about 10.6 million cubic feet of earth in the Lion Mound, all of which was taken from the battlefield, so most of the ridge of Mont St Jean, including the sunken road that killed many of Ney's cavalry, is now inside the mound. Mr Monkey isn't sure this is a wholly good idea, however good the view from the top. Mr Monkey scampered up the steep steps on the side as fast as Mr Rik's legs would carry him, with a short pause halfway up where he was neither up nor down.
