To amuse himself while he waited for the Illuminations to come on, Mr Monkey started wandering along the promenade looking at the artworks installed as part of the Great Promenade Show. First he came to The Frankenstein Project by Tony Stallard. There's supposed to be a sinister whale skeleton inside, but Mr Monkey couldn't really see it. Next he had a look at Bruce Williams' Water Wings, which should really be looked at from a passing tram.
