Past the South Pier Mr Monkey walked along the path just above the beach. Ahead he could see the Central Pier and the Tower beyond it, but he was alarmed by the behaviour of the sea, and by how much water had escaped onto the path. Mr Monkey encouraged his humans to walk a little faster.
