Because he thought he'd be a little less exposed to the very blowy wind, Mr Monkey tried walking on the lower of the two walkways on the South Promenade. He was intrigued by the wiggly little path marked on the tarmac but only followed it for a short while. Just before getting back to the High Tide Organ he inspected one of the three Swivelling Wind Shelters devised by Ian McChesney. These are supposed to revolve but someone was sheltering from the wind, so Mr Monkey couldn't experiment with spinning the whale tail shaped shelter.
