Mr Monkey scurried along the promenade, despite the rather uninspiring weather. He was a monkey on a mission, and needed to reach something called the High Tide Organ between two and three hours before high tide. He got there in time, and marvelled at the strange noises made by the what appeared to be a rusty tentacle. Luckily, he was able to read a panel at the base, which explained that water entering pipes built into the sea wall forced air through the organ pipes. The Organ was designed by Liam Curtin and John Gooding.
