Mr Monkey got up fairly early to catch a train to Blackpool. Crossing Stockport viaduct he looked down on the town. The tall chimney belongs to the Hat Works, an excellent museum about hatmaking. As the train got closer to Preston, where he had to change for Blackpool, Mr Monkey became slightly worried by the way mist was filling the fields beside the track.
