Mr Monkey scampered along to the Charing Cross Road branch of Blackwell. He knew that they had recently installed the UK's first Books on Demand Espresso book machine and he wanted to see what an espresso book looked like. He told them which book he wanted (he'd had Mr Rik check beforehand) and the machine printed it and bound it for him.
