Mr Monkey scurried through the gardens. He stopped to admire decoration of the Real Tennis Pavilion. Built in 1569, it's the oldest stone building of its type. A little further on Mr Monkey found the only good view he got all day of the Powder Tower, which was an artillery bastion, then a workshop for a gunsmith and bell founder, and then an alchemist's laboratory.
