Mr Monkey at the National Railway Museum, 26th February

"I said there'd be lots of big things with wheels"

Mr Monkey began his tour of the museum in the Station Hall, which used to be a goods depot. Mr Monkey started by examining the freight side of railway company operations, both by rail and by road. The tanker wagon carried milk for United Dairies in 1937, and the horse drawn wagon was used to make deliveries from Victoria Station in Manchester.
