According to Mr Monkey's map, this cow should have been Bon Appetit or Gaudi Cow, but both of them were in hospital at the time Mr Monkey visited Stevenson Square, and neither of them was supposed to be a rather dull plain white. So this appears to be just a random cow, inadequately replacing a pair of hospitalised bovines. It is standing on a rather nice robot, though.
