This cow has Mancunian firsts proudly displayed all over its hide. These include the first steam powered mill, municipal airport, split atom, meeting between Mr Rolls and Mr Royce, urban heritage park, permament professional orchestra and nuclear free zone. Also the Manchester Ship Canal was the largest single engineering project of the 19th century, and the Mancunian Reverend Cowherd invented vegetarianism.
