Mr Monkey looked around the pointy bit at the top of the Tower, some of which was removed to install a radar station during the war, then put back when the radar wasn't successful. Then he scurried down some of the steps, and looked up at the upper stories. He was still unimpressed by the railings and netting, though he was sure they were necessary.
