Mr Monkey in London, September 22nd

"It's a lot of heraldry for one bridge"

Mr Monkey looking at the Battersea Peace Pagoda Mr Monkey crossing Chelsea Bridge

Mr Monkey caught a train from Crystal Palace, and got off at Battersea station. Scampering across Chelsea Bridge, he paused to admire Battersea's Peace Pagoda, a gift from the Nipponzan Myohoji Bhuddists. The bridge marks the meeting point of Battersea, Nine Elms, Chelsea and Pimlico, and has a different coat of arms at each corner. Mr Monkey studied the arms of Chelsea as he scampered past them.
