Mr Monkey visits Het Gravensteen

"Looking down on things is the whole point of having a tower, you know"

On top of the keep Mr Monkey looked down onto Ghent from the walkway, in much the same way as the Counts of Flanders used to. To the south, he could see the three towers of the cathedral, the Belfry, and St Nicholas', though the day was rather hazy. To the north he looked along the river Lieve, which divides the Prinsenhof and Patershol districts.
