Mr Monkey in the Domien Raversijde, August 27th

Before catching a tram back into Ostende, Mr Monkey scampered up and down the road in front of the Domein to see what the Atlantic Wall looked like from the outside. He inspected the main command bunker and found an R671 bunker mounting a rather rusty 105mm U-boat cannon with its original shield still fitted. This bunker wasn't part of the tour. By now a strong wind was blowing loose sand everywhere, and Mr Monkey jumped on the next tram to escape.
