Mr Monkey jumped off the tram at Oostduinkerke Shipgat, and ran to the beach of Sint-André. Here he found a beached barge, which was home to a number of strange short people. The whole thing was called Harbinger with barge and imperial landscape (North Sea), and was put there by Jane Alexander to say something about the violent history of South Africa.
