Mr Monkey at Imperial War Museum North, June 15th

Mr Monkey took a quick look at the slab outside the museum that tells you when it's open, and reminds you that "war shapes lives", and scurried across the Lowry footbridge. On the Salford side, he looked back at the museum and the Rank Hovis flour mill that replaced earlier grain elevators destroyed during the war. Mr Monkey thought that the museum looked less impressive from a distance.
