After looking at a wide variety of Roman artefacts in the museum area, Mr Monkey scampered upstairs into the hands-on area. He found some armour, which was too big for him, and a catapult that was just the right size to bombard a small Celtic hillfort. When he'd worked out how to do that, he tricked Mr Rik into wearing the galea, lorica segmentata, and the scutum*.
