When he got up to the headland overlooking Tynemouth harbour, Mr Monkey had gone as far as he could without falling into the water. He looked back up the Tyne, and across to the ruins of Tynemouth Priory and Castle on the other headland. Then he decided it was time to go back into Newcastle, and scampered off to catch the Metro.
