The last time Mr Monkey visited Brussels, he'd heard the noise from the underground road, and seen it from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. This time he found a little gap in the hedge, and peered down at the cars on the Avenue J.F. Kennedy trundling beneath the Parc du Cinquentenaire.
