The bus paused after the Magic Roundabout to let Mr Monkey see the car park, which, according to Jasper Fforde, inspired both the Guggenheim museum and the discovery of the DNA helix. A moment or two later Mr Monkey was looking down the street at the towers of the SpecOps Headquarters, which had been the GWR barracks the last time he'd seen it.
