Mr Monkey had decided that he should spend the limited time he'd got in the museum visiting an earthquake, rather than trying to learn about natural history. All the same, he paused in the Life galleries to admire a selection of fossilised sea-beasts, many of which had been discovered in Lyme Regis by Mary Anning, the Victorian fossil hunter.
