Mr Monkey visits London

"It's a fine and peaceful building, I think"

Inside the church, Mr Monkey admired the pews, and the amount of light that Henry Flitcroft's Palladian design lets in. He was a little surprised to find two pulpits, but it turned out that the small marble one by the window was a souvenir from John Wesley's demolished West Street Chapel.

You can read about the church at the St Giles church website.
