Mr Monkey at Steninge Palace

"It's smallish, but perfectly formed, you know"

Mr Monkey went into the Palace, borrowed a copy of the guide in English, and ran around the building. Mr Monkey admired the Gilt Leather Room, even though most of the leather wall covering had been covered up by later changes, and was impressed by the ornate staircase. For a palace, Steninge is fairly small, though the architect, Nicodemus Tessin jr, regarded it as his masterpiece.

You're not allowed to take pictures inside the Palace, so these pictures show Mr Monkey standing in front of the guide book at home.
