In the evening, Mr Monkey went with his humans, and a lot of librarians from Miss Carol's conference, to a buffet reception at the Börsen on Gustav Adolfs Torg. Even though the Börsen was built as a stock exchange in 1849, the city council has held its meetings and special occasions (such as buffets for librarians) there since 1863. Mr Monkey was impressed by the magnificent decoration of the formal rooms, but not so impressed by the lack of bananas in the buffet food.
