The next sections of the museum showed, amongst other things, the role of women in the Swedish army. Mr Monkey noted that these roles included patching up injured soldiers in hospital, cooking in mobile kitchens, and changing the tyres of large trucks. He was delighted to see that, in the late eighteenth century, the Swedish army liked to liven up their battlefields with bright blue cannon, like this six pounder from 1795.
