Mr Monkey set off along the coast road, the Österleden. This looks peaceful enough, but is often mentioned in police call-outs throughout the series. Mr Monkey suspected these call-outs might be connected to the docks across the street.
Österleden is 8 on the old Wallander route, and isn't on the new one.
