Mr Monkey scampered around the Holy Rude graveyard. Some people might have sniggered at the thought of a rude graveyard, but Mr Monkey knew it was just a Scottish mis-spelling of Rood*. He admired the many gravestones and monuments, and marvelled that there was a pyramid in a Scottish cemetery. It's a Grade B listed building, and commemorates religious martyrs.
* Which, of course, means cross.
