When Mr Monkey was looking at the army museum from above he realised why he'd heard cars in the park earlier. There's road hidden in a tunnel under the whole of the Cinquantenaire, and it pops up briefly in the Parc then vanishes again. Mr Monkey finished his visit to the army museum by looking north and deciding to go in a different direction. On the way down, he found a lift, which would have been more useful on the way up.
