After climbing the last stairs, Mr Monkey found himself on the top of the Arc de Triomphe. He looked out across the rather varied roofing atop the Musée Royaux d'Art et d'Histoire, then looked east, across the courtyard and the dry pool, up the Avenue de Tervueren.
