Mr Monkey in Stratford upon Avon

"It's a very short tramway, you know"

Mr Monkey crossed the Avon by the tramway bridge. The Statford-upon-Avon canal reached Stratford in 1816; in 1826 they built a tramway from the Stratford wharves to Moreton-in-Marsh, about 12 or so miles to the South. All that's left of the tramway in Stratford now is the bridge over the Avon, which has a bit of track and a wagon as a reminder of the past.
