While Mr Monkey was on the riverside walk, he saw a barge which claimed to be a Q8 Fuel and Lubrication Service. A smaller tender arrived and moored next to it. A few minutes later, a yacht turned up and started refuelling. This seemed to involve hitting the yacht with a hammer, and took a long time.
