When Mr Monkey got aboard for the flight home, his plane had been standing out in the snow for quite some time. Instead of just taking off, the pilot took the plane to a special part of the runway where people in small trucks sprayed hot water to take the snow and ice off, and sprayed anti-icing gel to stop any more icing on the way to Manchester. And when that was done, the plane took Mr Monkey home.
