Mr Monkey was impressed by the Art Deco decoration of One Wall Street, home of the Bank of New York, the very first bank to be opened in the United States. The building was originally built for the Irving Trust Company Building in 1931. Mr Monkey thinks that One Wall Street is a better sounding address than 48 Wall Street, the bank's other building.
