When he got out onto the street, Mr Monkey was slightly amazed to see that as well as manhole covers emiting steam, New York also has special striped chimneys to let out even more steam. Mr Monkey also saw a truck with a snow plough rushing in search of some snow to plough. It was going a little fast, so you'll have to take our word for it, but it really is a snow plough. Honest.
