When Mr Monkey left Partners & Crime, there was even more snow, and lots more was falling out of the sky. As he went down Greenwich Avenue to the subway station, Mr Monkey noticed the oddness of New York car parking. He was surprised to find that half the cars were on racks above the other cars, and he couldn't quite work out how that worked. At least, not without bending some cars a bit. Still, it must work, because Mr Monkey didn't see any cars with squashed tops.
