Leaving Stack, Mr Monkey went to investigate Mr Alsop's plan to turn Barnsley into a Tuscan hill town, by replacing some of the outer buildings with a colourful wall and using a special searchlight arrangement to display a halo by night. And, apparently, by making all the buildings and ground transparent.
