The first exhibit Mr Monkey found upstairs was Stack. This is a self contained unit with numerous levels for 5000 people to live, work and play in. It's on legs, so it would have minimal environmental impact on the landscape, apart from the damage caused during construction. And the way it'd block out light a bit.
