Mr Monkey scampered over to look at the Wellington monument, which stands looking across the road at Apsley House, where the Duke of Wellington used to live. Then he looked the other way and decided to visit the Wellingon arch. The statue of Wellington on his horse was used to be on top of the arch, but it was too tall and scary, so they put a quadriga on the top instead.
