When he got home, Mr Monkey examined his haul from Toronto. Most of the books came from the Sleuth of Baker Street stand at Bouchercon, or from the World's Biggest Bookstore on Edward Street. The Inuit 'dancing' bear - which is really swimming after fish - came from the Bay of Spirits Gallery on Front Street, and Mr Monkey bought the metal dog at the Harbourfront Centre on Queens Quay. Because of the metal dog, Mr Rik had to open his hand luggage at the airport, just so the X-ray lady could see what it was.
