From the Embankment, Mr Monkey noticed a roundabout and a ferris wheel on the South bank, so he scampered across the river to investigate. It turned out to be a Thames Festival, with lots of stalls selling things and supporting charities. The only thing that really made Mr Monkey think of the Thames were the greenish underwater people who were giving small children painted faces.
