The exhibition is called Ill Communication II, featuring work by ten street-artists. Apparently, on some streets, ill means good, which came as a bit of a surprise to Mr Monkey, because he'd thought it was short for illegal. Someone called Influenza (Mr Monkey suspected that they weren't giving their right name) gave some rules for urban warfare with toy soldier stencils, but only showed surrendering toy soldiers, which was a little odd.
