At Goldsboro books, Mr Monkey met Annie from Chicago, and Eileen and Don from Pennsylvania, and his friend Mitchy, too. They all scampered off to Porter's restaurant, where Mr Monkey posed for pictures. The camera loves Mr Monkey, apparently.
Due to the relative positions of London and Manchester and the times of railway trains, Mr Rik and Mr Monkey had to leave for the train before any food arrived, but you can get an idea of what they would have eaten at the Porters website.
Mr Monkey was able to have a meal at Porters when Bill from Arizona visited London in March 2004.
