Mr Monkey was able to guide his humans through the maze quite easily, and was pleased to find a tree stump in the centre, specially for people to stand on to see the rest of the maze. This would have been more fun if there'd been someone lost in the maze to laugh at.
He left the maze and looked at the famous 'Bear Gates'. These have been locked since 1745, as a result of the Earl making a rather foolish promise to the Bonnie Prince Charlie, who was Pretending to the throne at the time.
