Looking through the arches of the railway viaduct Mr Monkey saw the recent developments on Potato Wharf. It took him a moment or two to realise that the first building he saw wasn't finished, and that a giant picture had been hung down the side to make it look complete. The finished buildings looked more three-dimensional. A moment or two later Mr Monkey spotted the Emmeline Pankhurst, the new sister boat to the L.S. Lowry.
